We are seeking an experienced assurance associate with 1-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and have prior experience in US GAAP general accounting and financial statement review.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify key financial issues, document facts and findings, and discuss them with senior/assistant managers.
  • Contribute to various auditing projects by analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Review work product and employee performance to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Service multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication skills.
  • Develop one-on-one relationships with US-based audit leads to build trust and rapport.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reports are delivered to clients.
  • Drive project deliverables by implementing effective solutions and best practices.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Build internal auditing systems that ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards.
  • Maintain organizational compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Verify company financial information through rigorous analysis and review.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports and statements for review.
  • Respond promptly to client audit queries and provide clear explanations.
Requirements for Success:
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or equivalent; semi-qualified chartered accountant with relevant experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and self-motivation to excel in the role.
  • Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Prioritize attention to detail and maintain a proactive approach to accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with QuickBooks and other US accounting systems to optimize performance.
  • Develop intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office proficiency to analyze complex data.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Apply problem-solving and innovation skills to drive business growth and improvement.
