Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Test Planning and Execution
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights implementations.
Data Validation and Testing
  • Validate customer data integrity, mapping, and synchronization across Dataverse, CI-D, CI-J, and third-party integrations.
End-to-End Testing
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of customer journeys, segmentation logic, data ingestion pipelines, and marketing automations.
Regression and Integration Testing
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure product quality meets business and technical requirements.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with developers, data engineers, and marketing teams to identify issues and validate resolutions.
API and Data Pipeline Testing
  • Test API integrations, webhooks, and data pipelines related to CI-D and CI-J within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Compliance and Governance
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, governance, and security standards during test execution and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Hands-on QA Experience
  • 3-5 years of hands-on QA experience in projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights.
Strong Understanding of Dataverse Schema
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse schema and data flow within the Microsoft Power Platform.
Integration Testing Experience
  • Experience testing integrations with third-party systems, such as CDPs, email platforms, and analytics tools.
D365 CRM Knowledge
  • Familiarity with D365 CRM, particularly the Customer Service module from a QA perspective.
API Testing Tools
  • Proficient in using API testing tools like Postman, test case management, and defect tracking tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
