Job Title: Financial Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced financial specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for professionals passionate about accounting and compliance, eager to work in a structured environment.

You will be responsible for handling daily financial tasks, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting management with accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be proficient in Tally and MS Excel, and possess a good understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily financial tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ledger entries
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and management information systems reports
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, ITR, and other statutory requirements
  • Manage inventory accounting and cost analysis
  • Support audits with proper documentation
  • Generate reports as needed by management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
  • 2-3 years of financial experience, preferably in a structured environment
  • Proficient in Tally and MS Excel
  • Good understanding of financial principles and statutory requirements
  • Experience with inventory accounting is preferred
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
