Lead - Strategic Vision

Job Overview:

This high-impact role demands a unique blend of creativity, analytical rigor, and an in-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate will act as both a strategic analyst and an execution partner to the Chief Regulatory Officer (CRO), helping to develop policy narratives, manage external engagement, and guide internal stakeholders on regulatory implications affecting diverse businesses across telecom, digital, financial services, entertainment, and distribution.

  • Formulate and articulate policy positions across telecom, broadcasting, financial services, entertainment, and digital ecosystems.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze competition, market, and regulatory trends to provide strategic updates supporting policy advocacy.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, regulatory submissions, and communication strategies to influence key stakeholders.
  • Establish standardized reporting mechanisms to track regulatory engagements and advocacy outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within the Regulatory team and other cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance, Product, Network, Ops, etc.) to ensure alignment of business goals with evolving regulatory priorities.
  • Support the CRO in prioritization, resource planning, and coordination of high-impact projects across multiple business lines.
