Strategic Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can work closely with the leadership team to drive growth, execution, and innovation.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments, with excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. They will be able to operate independently, prioritize across competing demands, and manage stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Support & Execution
  • Translate leadership vision into actionable plans and track execution across multiple projects.
  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
  • Project & Operations Management
  • Run day-to-day project management: sprints, deliverables, timelines.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively solve issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Business & Growth Support
  • Support client interactions, proposal development, investor material, and internal reporting.
  • Research and analyze new opportunities, partnerships, and expansion plans to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, product management, or a fast-paced startup role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize across competing demands, and manage stakeholders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, fast pivots, and high-growth environments.
  • Tech/healthcare background is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Based in Bangalore or Delhi, with flexibility to work across Europe/India time zones.
