Description

The SAP Project Manager plays a crucial role in driving the success of high-priority and strategically important projects. This involves providing leadership, direction, and oversight to ensure project objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all deliverables meet specified requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to cross-functional project teams, ensuring team members remain motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Budget & Resource Optimization: Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and costs are controlled.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of project deliverables by enforcing rigorous quality standards and processes.
  • Client & Vendor Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Communication: Regularly report project status, progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, tools, and frameworks to drive better project delivery outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in an SAP environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
