Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project plans, execute tasks, complete deliverables, coordinate team resources, and monitor progress.
  • Effectively manage client communications and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to recommend and deliver high-quality services.
  • Present project statuses to executive stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, prioritize, mitigate, and develop contingency plans for risks appropriately.
  • Manage changes to the project scope.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player and leader to effectively coordinate across functional teams.
  • Ensure high productivity of development teams by identifying potential issues and roadblocks and working on preventing or eliminating them.
  • Support the creation of high-quality client deliverables, including executive level updates, meeting facilitation decks, project status reports, vendor reports, project trackers, meeting minutes, final recommendations, and contract redlines.
  • Demonstrate ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while consistently delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Exercise sound judgement and oversight to ensure integrity and compliance with company policies in all activities and communications while fostering core values and behaviors.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a dedicated, full-time Project Manager of teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services or related industries.
  • Service Line: Pharma / Biotech; Patient Support Program.
  • Knowledge of drug development is essential.
  • Self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, polished executive presence, and ability to influence clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Strong proficiency in Excel a plus.
  • Working experience with international clients.
  • Advanced level of skills in Salesforce / Hubspot.
