SAP Project Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP project manager to lead our delivery and project management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.

  • Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, resources, and risks to ensure project success.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure execution adheres to defined strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and costs are controlled.
  • Ensure the highest quality of project deliverables by enforcing rigorous quality standards and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-11 years of proven experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles.
  • Expertise in SAP and strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Leadership skills to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
  • Extensive experience working with senior-level executives and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives with business strategy.
  • Budget and resource management skills to manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
  • Risk and issue resolution skills to identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues that could impact project timelines, cost, or quality.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
