Role Summary

Our organization seeks a highly skilled professional to fill the Implementation Coordinator position for Life Skills Programs.

In this role, you will oversee the implementation of our programs at schools across various locations.

You will collaborate closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful program implementation.

The Implementation Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful rollout and delivery of our Life Skills Programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Program Development:
    • Collaborate with content team members to ensure the quality of the program.
    • Participate in creating, reviewing, and finalizing programs before implementation.
    • Engage actively in strategy and planning for multiple offerings targeting parents, teachers, and students.
  2. Program Implementation:
    • Oversee the implementation of our Life Skills Programs across assigned schools.
    • Maintain accurate records of implementation timelines and milestones.
    • Ensure successful program implementation by making informed decisions and taking necessary actions as required for smooth delivery at assigned schools.
  3. School Collaboration:
    • Deliver presentations and engage in collaboration activities related to networking and acquiring new schools.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
  4. Program Delivery:
    • Coordinate program roll out at schools to ensure seamless delivery of the program.
    • Conduct classes for students and training sessions for teachers.
