We are seeking a visionary Senior Director to drive the success of our Real World Data team.

About the Role:

This is a leadership position that requires a strong track record of driving business outcomes and managing high-performing teams. As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts in supporting the RFP process, ensuring accurate responses and timely turnarounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise in AI/ML/NLP to lead a team of analysts in delivering consulting work, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality outputs align with client commitments.
  • Provide guidance and oversight for offshore resources to build, expand, and maintain indication-specific data lakes, powered by unstructured notes.
  • Lead team management and leadership efforts, serving as the single point of escalation for all team-related matters and collaborating with global leaders to maintain a healthy team dynamic.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and subject matter expertise in RWD and clinical experience, backed by a post-grad degree in clinical or bioinformatics, or a post-grad degree in CS, Math, or equivalent with extensive data science algorithm development experience.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience leading globally distributed teams delivering consulting work in Data Science and Data Engineering, with at least 80% of recent experience in bioinformatics, biopharma, and LifeScience related domains.
