Healthcare Data Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our analytics group, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.

This is a unique opportunity to work with real-world healthcare data and apply your analytical skills to drive business outcomes. You will have the chance to work on a variety of projects, from developing predictive models to creating data visualizations that tell compelling stories.

About the Role:

  • Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop predictive models to forecast future healthcare outcomes
  • Create data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into business decisions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros, Power Query).
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
