Some challenges you'll tackle include:

  • Tackling first-time, complex challenges across diverse genres, where analytics, product, and growth intersect.
  • Improving CPI for new shows and scaling high-performing content to reach new audience segments.
  • Maximizing monetization, improving retention metrics, and enhancing user lifetime value.
  • Shifting user acquisition testing from thumbnail optimization to AI-driven experiments and scaling realistic AI-generated videos for content distribution.
  • Optimizing content adaptation for broader appeal and identifying high-potential growth shows across key categories.
  • Maintaining and scaling live-action content as a core part of our ongoing operations, leveraging A/B testing and advanced analytics to optimize content performance and acquisition strategies.

To succeed, you'll need:

  • Astute problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces.
  • Experience developing and implementing plans from concept to completion, generating measurable outcomes.
  • Track record of productive teamwork, with a drive for continuous learning.
