Job Title:

Technical Lead/Sr. Technical Lead/Technical Architect

Job Description:

This is a leadership role where you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects ensuring they are completed on time.

As a technical lead, you will design scalable and efficient software solutions, conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

You will work closely with product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

Additionally, you will identify and resolve technical challenges implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, C#, SQL Server and .NET Core.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
