Senior Leadership Role in Technical Management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and mentor engineers to improve technical skills and career growth.
  • Define key metrics to track efficiency improvements and optimize release cycles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of technical management experience leading software engineers while remaining hands-on with software development, test automation, and troubleshooting.
  • 10+ years of software development experience in Python, Golang, or similar languages, with expertise in microservices, REST APIs, and developer tooling.
  • Proven expertise in managing projects throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Deep understanding of automated test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable build-test automation.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and managing complex automation systems.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
