Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Test Engineering professional to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement manufacturing test flows & methodologies for ASIC/SoC products to meet customer & quality requirements.
  • Expertise in ATE platforms like Teradyne ETS800, Advantest V93K, T2K is essential. Understanding of statistical analysis of test data will be an added advantage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to finalize manufacturing test requirements for each product phase.
  • Drive new product migration from R&D to High Volume Manufacturing Phase and support technical issues.
  • Monitor product yield, test time and DPPM, provide technical solutions for yield improvement and reduction of TTR and DPPM.
  • Work closely with R&D and factory personnel to implement detail plans for implementation.
  • Help team members adapt to changing product deliverables.
  • Represent the Product Engineering function in various technical forums.
  • Work with teams across different time zones if required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Electronics and/or Semiconductors.
  • Hands-on experience with Lab Equipment (Testers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Logic Analyzers).
  • Knowledge of IC Test Methodologies, System Testing and Communication Protocols.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex problems with minimal data points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • 2 – 12 years of experience.
  • Good understanding of software programs written in C, C++, C# and ability to step through code if required.
  • Able to work comfortably with Windows and Linux Operating systems.
