Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead our production team and drive strategic initiatives aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of production techniques, automation, and robotics.

The Senior Production Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. They will also be skilled in production planning, resource management, and cost control.

A strong focus on quality assurance, inventory control, and efficiency enhancement is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be able to drive strategic initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize production processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Deep understanding of production techniques, automation, and robotics.
    • Experience in mass manufacturing, machining, and process optimization.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and data analytics.
    • Exposure to lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
    • Skilled in production planning, resource management, and cost control.
    • Strong focus on quality assurance, inventory control, and efficiency enhancement.
    • Capable of driving strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
    • Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and collaboration.

Requirements: BE / Diploma – Mechanical/ Electrical, 10 to 15 years experience.
