Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated professionals to conduct child safety awareness programs.

About the Role

This role is crucial in educating children about personal safety through engaging and age-appropriate sessions. You will work remotely but have opportunities to engage with schools virtually or on-site when required.

  • Conduct interactive sessions for students from standards 4th to 9th, emphasizing Good Touch and Bad Touch concepts.
  • Provide students and educators with an understanding of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act, 2012, including their rights and responsibilities.
  • Develop and adapt content to ensure it aligns with students' needs and the POCSO Act guidelines.
  • Offer training and guidelines to educators and employers on child safety best practices and legal requirements under the POCSO Act.
  • Collect feedback from schools and participants to continuously improve program delivery and effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Drafting and delivering presentations to students and educators.
  • Providing guidance and support to educators and employers on child safety protocols.
  • Coordinating with schools and stakeholders to schedule and conduct training sessions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A background in training, education, people communication, client communication, or social work.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
  • Ability to travel to schools and locations as needed.
