Job Description

An Assistant Manager - EHS will be responsible for leading safety, compliance and sustainability initiatives in our manufacturing operations.

  • Liaise with statutory bodies such as KSPCB, CPCB, MoFE and Factories & Boilers to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage waste management systems, fire and safety systems, risk assessments and audits.
  • Drive CAPEX/CER budgets, sustainability and energy conservation programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in EHS in the pharma/manufacturing industry. They must have strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, waste management and safety systems. Additionally, they should possess proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
