Job Summary:

The key role in our team will oversee the workflow and task management for credit control monitoring, data quality, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify payments received and allocate to relevant business partners
  • Liaise with internal teams to identify and allocate payments
  • Allocate invoice payments, ILU/IRMA payments, Fastclose payments, and claim refund payments
  • Keep records of unallocated payments and follow up with relevant areas

Statement Agreement:

  • Reconcile statements received from business partners
  • Liaise with internal teams regarding unprocessed entries
  • Agree on EBOT/MMT statements, Fastclose accounts, and quarterly FIRA bordereau

Debtor Chasing:

  • Validate entries processed
  • Liaise with internal areas for documentation to support bookings
  • Send monthly statements to business partners
  • Create adhoc statements for business partners
  • Monitor large debt and chase business partners
  • Chase claim reinsurance collections and invoices

Outgoing Payments:

  • Process claim cash payments, third party payments, statement agreement payments, and payment of reinsurance due to business partners
  • Payout invoices and adhoc payments as requested

Documentation Issuance, Reporting, Control Checks:

  • Store all data correctly
  • Monitor daily entries processed report
  • Ensure process documents are accurate and updated when necessary
  • Provide half yearly audit data as requested per internal controls
  • Manage query and open cash logs, KPI Email box, and audits

Credit Control Monitoring:

  • Conduct weekly status reviews, turnaround times, and monthly business reviews
  • Audit and ensure compliance with data quality and governance policies
