Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist with a strong background in selling enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, key account management, and consultative selling to large enterprises and government clients.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise and government sectors.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
Build a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, industry events, and direct outreach.
- Client Relationship & Account Management
Maintain regular engagement with key stakeholders to understand evolving business challenges and technology needs.
Drive customer satisfaction and account expansion through upselling and cross-selling relevant services.
- Technology Solution Selling
Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions that align with client requirements.
Present and demonstrate Silvereye's technology solutions, services, and implementation capabilities.
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to close high-value deals.
- Sales Strategy & Execution
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing and project handover.
Meet and exceed revenue targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and forecasting sales outcomes.
Stay updated on technology trends and market dynamics to position Silvereye as a competitive solution provider.
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of experience in Govt./enterprise sales, preferably in IT solutions, infrastructure, system integration, or automation services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to engage with CXOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers to drive business outcomes.
Experience in handling RFPs, government procurement processes, and long-term IT contracts is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (preferred).
