Territory Business Manager Role Overview
The Territory Business Manager is a pivotal role in driving sales growth within designated territories. This involves effective field operations, reporting daily activities on assigned online platforms, and meeting established call frequency norms.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive maximum prescription generation to increase market share
- Promote divisional products in line with strategic objectives
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, and distributors
- Contribute to strategy development and serve as a brand ambassador
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: BSc (Pharma)
- Experience: 2 years of experience or freshers with excellent communication and analytical skills
- Candidates from multinational corporations and top Indian pharmaceutical companies have an added advantage
Work Environment:
- Standard working hours
- Continuous standing for prolonged periods, exceeding 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour workday
