We are seeking a skilled professional to join our sales team as a Territory Development Manager.

Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, promoting laboratory services and products that meet their needs.

You will develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive growth in the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Main duties include:

  • Building strong rapport with key decision-makers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Regularly visiting healthcare facilities to discuss business opportunities and promote laboratory services
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and market trends

To succeed in this role, you should have 2-5 years of sales experience and an MBA/PGDM degree. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients.
