At our organization, we are seeking experienced professionals to fill the role of Business Development Specialist. As a Business Development Specialist, you will work closely with our global teams to research companies, qualify and mature leads, and engage prospects.

Job Description
  • Research customer and prospect accounts using public and private data sources to identify new business opportunities.
  • Qualify and score inbound leads to identify key companies and personas for campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor public information sources to augment accounts, leads, and opportunities.
  • Develop personalized strategies to engage prospects through email, social media, and other channels.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns to create account intelligence briefs for Sales and Account Managers.
  • Leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call and email strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities.
  • Work with partners to enrich, cleanse, and triage account data.
  • Document activity in a CRM system and report results on a weekly basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-6 years experience in Business Development, Market Research, or similar roles.
  • Ability to effectively research, qualify, and react to leads and business opportunities.
  • BA/BS or equivalent graduation education.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Marketing Automation tools, or similar applications.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Precise, professional communication style through written and verbal channels.
  • Professional, empathetic manner capable of managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively with autonomy.
  • Proven experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
