Senior Business Analyst Role Overview

This critical role is a vital component of our consulting engagements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews to gather functional requirements and technical specifications.
  • Provide consultation on Omni-channel-specific business topics, including product catalog modeling and customer service.
  • Develop user requirements, functional specifications, and data models to communicate engagement scope.
  • Work with project delivery team members towards the resolution of business or systems issues.
  • Provide system demonstrations and training to client business users.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in general IT business analysis from the E-commerce domain.
  • 2-3 years implementing Hybris Commerce.
  • Concrete understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
