Position:
Business Development Executive (Overseas Education)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to strengthen Panoptic's reach in Tamil Nadu. The role involves building partnerships with educational institutions, generating leads, and driving student acquisition for our overseas education services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Establish and nurture partnerships with colleges, schools, coaching centers, and other educational stakeholders.

* Generate qualified leads through field visits, institutional tie-ups, and participation in education events.

* Organize and execute outreach activities such as seminars, webinars, and information sessions.

* Promote Panoptic's study abroad programs to prospective students and parents.

* Maintain strong relationships with partners and ensure regular engagement.

* Collaborate with the counseling team for smooth follow-ups and conversions.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for leads and enrollments.

* Prepare regular reports on business development activities and progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.

* 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or education marketing (preferably in the overseas education industry) and a minimum of 2 years in study abroad student counseling.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

* Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and skilled at building professional relationships.

* Knowledge of education industry trends and study abroad processes is an added advantage.
