Deal Desk Coordinator

Our team seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as a key member of our Deal Desk team. As a Deal Desk Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless sales operations and providing exceptional support to our Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Sales Team: Collaborate with Sales Representatives to ensure timely case resolution and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
  • Case Management: Monitor case queues, prioritize urgent cases, and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Training and Development: Assist in onboarding new team members, provide day-to-day training, and support problem-solving efforts.
  • Process Improvement: Work closely with the Global Deal Desk team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance sales capacity and performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, and Operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Enterprise SaaS/B2B Experience: Proven track record of success in Enterprise SaaS/B2B, Deal Desk, Quote-to-Cash, or Sales Operations.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes, organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products, with experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce and Oracle.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Quote-to-Cash Processes: Understanding of and experience with Quote-to-Cash processes and sales lifecycles.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Demonstrated customer-focused mindset and effective remote team collaboration skills.
