Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrator to oversee HR functions, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. This is a full-time on-site role located in Visakhapatnam.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, payroll data, and other relevant information.
  • Manage statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, and Labor Laws, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Draft essential documents, such as appointment letters, experience certificates, and HR policies, in accordance with company standards.
  • Monitor employee performance and assist in appraisal processes to foster growth and development.
  • Conduct training sessions for both technical staff and soft skills development.

Administration:

  • Supervise office operations, security, housekeeping, and support staff to maintain a smooth work environment.
  • Manage travel bookings, TA/DA claims, and site visit allowances to optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure the availability of office supplies, IT support, and utilities to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Coordinate documentation and filing of tenders, DPRs, and compliance records to maintain organizational integrity.

Staff Welfare:

  • Ensure a safe working environment at hospital project sites by implementing necessary safety measures.
  • Handle employee grievances and maintain positive relations through effective communication.
  • Organize staff events, insurance programs, and welfare initiatives to promote a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in HR or Business Administration, with an MBA being preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in HR and Admin functions, preferably in healthcare, construction, EPC, or government tender-based companies.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC, and GST-linked payroll would be advantageous in this role.
