Job Title: Real Estate Acquisition Manager
\As a seasoned real estate professional, you will be responsible for driving sales across luxury apartment, retail, and commercial projects by building and nurturing a robust pipeline of clients and channel partners.
\The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local market, strong relationship-building skills, and a go-getter attitude to achieve project sales goals.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing managers across site locations to drive target achievement through structured planning.\
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing KPIs aligned with project sales goals to measure quality of leads generated and converted by the sourcing team & pre-sales team.\
- Source potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects by tapping into investor circles, HNIs, and direct client sources.\
- Build and manage a lead pipeline to track and evaluate CP performance, resolve partner queries, and drive continued engagement.\
- Conduct CP onboarding sessions and share project briefings, commercials, and marketing collaterals to strengthen relationships with IPCs and local brokers.\
- Regularly engage with the CP network through broker meets, events, site visits, and incentive programs to monitor competition channel activity and share market insights.\
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams for lead follow-ups and campaign inputs to maintain a live tracker of sourced clients and channel partners onboarded, along with conversion metrics.
Requirements: 3-18 years of experience in real estate sales, channel management, or client acquisition.
