About the opportunity

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive results across paid social channels. This includes building cross-channel campaigns, performing in-depth analysis, and making recommendations on budget allocation.

Key responsibilities include driving app acquisition campaign improvement, achieving performance targets, coaching team members, identifying new marketing opportunities, and contributing to best practice guidelines.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Experience managing campaigns for at least 2 of the following channels: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter.
  • Strong expertise in app acquisition and full-funnel marketing.
  • Leadership experience, including project management and team instruction.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable roadmaps.
  • Experience with incrementality test solutions.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
