Program Executive

We are seeking a skilled Program Associate to lead across various company aspects, including operations, product development, growth strategy, and execution. This individual will be responsible for overseeing critical projects from start to finish, turning ideas into tangible outcomes, and building systems that ensure seamless project execution.

  • Owning key areas of the company – operations, strategy, product, growth, and more.
  • Taking vague concepts and transforming them into launched features, campaigns, or resolved problems.
  • Establishing order from chaos – creating processes, priorities, and systems where they did not exist.
  • Identifying issues and implementing solutions, then automating them for future efficiency.
  • Maintaining alignment among team members – conducting standups, documenting procedures, or ensuring everyone works towards shared goals.
  • Taking on tasks regardless of size or complexity.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a startup, operations, product development, growth strategy, or similar environment.
  • Able to take initiative without waiting for instructions.
  • Bias towards action and clarity – achieving objectives efficiently.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity – making decisions with imperfect information.
  • A generalist mindset – exceling at various tasks.
  • Focused on building rather than maintaining.
