Job Title: Primary Education Director

A highly driven and visionary leader is sought after to spearhead the educational programs of our primary school. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of child learning, be well-versed in academic developments, and demonstrate a positive and child-centered approach.

The successful appointee will work closely with the Principal to lead the instructional programs, evaluating lesson plans, observing classes, and encouraging the use of various instructional strategies and materials.

The Primary Education Director will also be responsible for conducting parent-teacher meetings and one-to-one consultations with parents, organizing relevant workshops and events, and fostering creativity and collaboration among students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic Leadership: Oversee and lead the instructional programs of the primary school, evaluating lesson plans and observing classes on a regular basis.
  • Community Engagement: Conduct parent-teacher meetings and one-to-one consultations with parents.
  • Communication Strategies: Develop and maintain effective communication processes within the school community.
  • Student Focus: Ensure the academic, emotional, and social needs of students are met.

Qualifications:

  • Masters in any subject (preferably English, Science, or Social Sciences).
  • Professional teaching degree from a recognized University (B Ed/MEd).
  • Proficiency in technology and language.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Experience:

  • Experience working with the CBSE board is preferred, but experience with other boards is also welcome.
  • Updated knowledge in teaching methodology, remediation planning, differential learning, curriculum review and planning, and student assessment.
