Primary ICT Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teacher to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging ICT lessons that align with educational standards and curriculum.
• Incorporate technology concepts, coding, and digital citizenship into lesson plans.
• Deliver interactive ICT lessons to students and foster digital literacy, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Integrate technology tools, educational software, and digital resources into the teaching process.
• Familiarize students with computer skills, word processing, internet safety, and fundamental ICT concepts.
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration of technology.
• Use various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Develop formative and summative assessments to evaluate students' understanding of ICT concepts.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and communicate progress to parents.
• Establish and maintain a well-organized and technology-friendly classroom.
• Manage ICT resources and equipment effectively.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to integrate ICT into interdisciplinary projects.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in educational technology and teaching methodologies.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance ICT teaching skills.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding students' progress in ICT.
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide information on the importance of ICT education.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience at the primary level.
• Strong understanding of basic ICT concepts and technology integration in primary education.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
