Lead Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting software and hardware infrastructure.

  • You will identify hardware and software requirements related to product implementation, design highly available product deployment architecture, and implement network security as per customer requirements.
  • Additionally, you will use automation for deployments and system upgrades, diagnose customer reported problems or configuration issues, and provide technical reviews of user documentation.
  • You will also assist with knowledge-sharing initiatives, product release training, and documentation, as well as participate in design reviews of HLDs and LLDs with customers.

Requirements for this position include:

  • 9-11 years of experience in software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support
  • BE (IT/Computers) or MCA degree
