Senior Voice Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Voice Infrastructure Specialist to support our complex Cisco UCCE, UCCX, and PCCE solutions.

  • Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Cisco ICM, CCMP, CVP, CUIC, and other related technologies.
  • Develop and implement system enhancements through the creation of MACDs in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Possess a deep understanding of VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP, and be familiar with ITIL processes.
  • Understand the deployment models of Cisco Voice networks and have knowledge of voice network devices.
  • Integrate with VOIP and Performance Management Tools, and work with Third-Party Providers to resolve telecommunication issues.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting activities, including system design issues, upgrade plans, and technical documentation creation.
  • Act as a point of contact for service delivery issues and pending work escalations.
  • Provide team support and process improvements through individual contributions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Experience with Cisco Voice platform and CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
