Division Finance Controller Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing financial support to the Division Country/Operations Manager and team via a collaborative business partnering approach. The successful candidate will engage with operational organizations to provide insights and forward-looking analysis, facilitating business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective profitability and free cash flow management strategies.
  • Engage with operational teams to gather data and insights, informing business decisions.
  • Analyze customer contract commercial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance-related roles, preferably in a business analysis capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the finance sector.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
