Job Title: Technical Lead
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Big Query, Data Proc (Py Spark), and other native services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize ETL workflows and data integration processes using Informatica.
- Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement data governance, quality, and lineage practices across the pipeline.
- Monitor data workflows and perform root cause analysis for any issues in production environments.
Requirements:
- 10–12 years of experience in Data Engineering and ETL development.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including Big Query, Data Proc, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Composer.
- Strong experience in Py Spark for data processing and transformation.
- Proven experience in data migration projects, particularly to GCP.
- Strong proficiency in Informatica Power Center / Informatica Cloud / IDQ.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, performance optimization, and scalable architecture design.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
