Senior Data Modeling Expert Wanted

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced Senior Data Modeling Expert to lead data modeling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements to develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
  • Provide guidance on data architecture across various domains including data requirements, aggregation, data lakes, data models, and data warehouses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in defining data strategies and adopting the latest technologies for effective data management.
  • Develop and enforce data architecture principles, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and security across all data assets.
  • Recommend tailored data modeling approaches based on client requirements and target architectures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with deep expertise in data architecture principles, data modeling, data integration, data governance, and data management technologies.
  • Expertise in one or more RDBMS platforms (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, etc.) and experience implementing multiple data models with data security and access control mechanisms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
