Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resource Intern plays a vital role in supporting the HR department's daily activities and ensuring the effective utilization of the organization's human resources. This position provides valuable learning opportunities and insight into the various functions of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters and assisting with orientation.
• Provide administrative support for HR-related activities, such as maintaining personnel records and updating HR documents.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR projects, events, and training programs.
• Conduct research on HR policies, best practices, and employment laws to support decision-making.
• Participate in employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries and escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and databases.
• Support the coordination of performance management processes, including tracking performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
• Assist in creating and updating HR-related communications and materials for internal distribution.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from various departments.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
