  • This executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring timely updates and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Addressing customer complaints effectively, providing suitable solutions and alternatives within set timeframes.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various documents related to sales agreements, deeds, power of attorney, and other legal documentation.
  • They will facilitate customer registration and coordinate necessary legal documentation.
  • A high level of proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintaining a vigilant eye on outstanding payments and following up in a timely manner.
  • Negotiating with financial institutions for documentation and ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Cultivating additional skills by staying informed about industry regulations, particularly those related to Stamp Duty and Registration.
  • Liaising with departments such as Accounting, Legal, and Liaison to ensure smooth operations.
  • Processing customer accounts, filing documents, and adhering to established TATs (Turnaround Times).
  • Pursuing tasks assigned by senior authorities to support business growth and success.
