Job Description
As an Accounts Payable Analyst at Palo Alto Networks, you'll play a key role in the end-to-end process of AP. You'll report to the AP Manager and be responsible for processing accounts payable transactions, including reviewing and matching invoices to purchase orders, non-po invoices, and ensuring proper coding of expenses. You'll also reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies or issues in a timely manner, and collaborate with internal teams to address any payment or invoice-related issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. You should have proven experience of 2-4 years in AP processes and strong knowledge of accounts payable procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, such as SAP and Ariba, is essential. Good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are also critical.
