About the Position:

We seek an organized and detail-oriented individual to support strategic initiatives through high-impact presentation development, executive-level reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

This role offers hands-on mentorship and opportunities to take on increasing scope based on demonstrated performance and ownership.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and format executive-level presentations with strong structure, messaging, and visual polish.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to gain proficiency in presentation content development and storytelling.
  • Track customer engagement activity across businesses to provide a consolidated view for decision-making.
  • Coordinate and compile reports from stakeholders into a single, polished report for distribution.
  • Support program tracking and executive coordination activities.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and expand scope based on proven capability.

Necessary Attributes:

  • Strong presentation skills with clear, concise, and visually compelling content.
  • High attention to detail and quality standards in content and formatting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill information for executive audiences.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and dependable in managing inputs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and handling sensitive or high-visibility workstreams.

Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred, ideally with an undergraduate degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in program coordination, strategy support, consulting, or similar roles.
  • Experience working on executive-facing materials is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
