Job Title: 'Director of Product Engineering'

 

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Engineering Director to lead our product development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable and secure products that meet the needs of our customers.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in developing data-driven and workflow-based products spanning multiple clouds (AWS/Azure/Google). Strong understanding of technologies such as React JS, Python, PySpark, Snowflake, Postgres, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, Docker, and EKS.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading engineering teams to develop enterprise-grade products that can scale on demand and are secure. Ability to conceptualize products, architect/design, and take them to customers in a short span of time.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and information clearly and accurately to self or others whether in writing or verbal.
  • Education: Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science from Tier 1-2 college.
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience working in IT, with 7+ years of experience in product development and core engineering.
