Industrial BIM Modeler

We are seeking a seasoned Building Information Modeling (BIM) professional to collaborate with our design and engineering team on various industrial projects. As a BIM technician, you will be responsible for creating detailed models with high levels of development and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage intricate 3D models using Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM tools.
- Coordinate the integration of architectural, structural, and MEP services within the model.
- Execute modeling tasks independently, exercising minimal supervision.
- Create and maintain parametric Revit families according to project requirements.
- Evaluate and ensure accuracy in compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards.
- PARTICIPATE IN DESIGN COORDINATION MEETINGS AND MODEL REVIEWS.
- SUPPORT THE RESOLUTION OF DESIGN COORDINATION ISSUES WITHIN THE MODEL.
- Collaborate effectively with the design team, preferably those experienced in industrial building projects.
- A minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience as a BIM technician.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM software.
- Comprehensive understanding of multidisciplinary coordination in BIM workflows.
- Experience working on industrial projects is highly beneficial.
- Ability to create custom families and adhere to project standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and achieving project objectives.
