Job Description

As a seasoned BIM Manager, you will spearhead our organization's Building Information Modeling strategy, ensuring seamless implementation and management across multiple projects. This critical role involves leading BIM teams, developing standards, guaranteeing quality control, integrating digital design processes, and driving innovation through advanced BIM practices.

This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven experience in managing large-scale BIM-enabled projects. You will oversee the development of BIM execution strategies, protocols, and standards, lead the BIM team, coordinate with multidisciplinary design, engineering, and construction teams, and ensure compliance with national and international BIM standards.

Key responsibilities include overseeing BIM project delivery for infrastructure, buildings, and industrial projects, integrating BIM with project management, design, cost estimation, and construction workflows, and managing BIM software platforms and coordinating with IT for upgrades and support.

You will also conduct quality assurance/quality control checks on BIM models and outputs, drive innovation in digital engineering, provide training, mentorship, and support to BIM coordinators, modelers, and project teams, and act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors regarding BIM implementation and project execution.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver high-quality BIM projects on time and within budget, while driving business growth through innovation and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in BIM, with at least 12 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in BIM platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and related digital tools.
  • Experience in handling large-scale infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of BIM standards, LOD specifications, and coordination processes.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in digital transformation and emerging technologies (AR/VR, digital twins, AI in design) is an added advantage.
