BIM Technologist

Job Title:

This position involves creating detailed technical documents using Autodesk Civil 3D software and Revit MEP, focusing on watermains, piping layouts, profile drawings, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate engineering drawings using conceptual sketches and construction drawings in Autodesk Civil 3D
• Collaborate with engineers and technologists to complete project plans, including road, parking lot, storm and sanitary sewer, water main, and grading drawings, 3D modeling works
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and quality requirements
• Establish and maintain up-to-date documentation of project information

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3-8 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting and Autodesk Civil 3D Design
• Excellent team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
