Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a data scientist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis and experience working with large datasets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and structure complex business problems, communicate challenges and opportunities effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights and metrics, driving informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Develop and present compelling findings and recommendations to senior leadership, leveraging visual displays of quantitative information.
  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines and models, adhering to engineering best practices.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and influence key decisions through effective communication and messaging.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 7 years of experience in statistical data analysis, modeling, experimentation, causal inference, data mining, querying, and managing analytical projects with programming skills in SQL, Python, or R.
  • 7 years of experience developing and managing metrics or evaluating programs/products.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role with people management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in scripting or statistical analysis (e.g., R, Stata, SPSS, SAS) in a complex matrixed organization.
  • 3 years of experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • 3 years of people management experience (e.g., supervision, team lead role).
