Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Delegate Acquisition Specialist to secure VIP delegates and buyers for our flagship events.

Your key responsibility will be to build relationships with these VIPs, communicate the benefits of attending, and secure their participation. You will play a vital role in delivering a strong, high-quality audience for sponsors and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage high-level executives, VIP delegates, and buyers through proactive outreach.
  • Book VIP delegates to attend the event at no cost to them.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and bookings in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure sponsors meet their target audiences.
  • Represent the company professionally as a trusted point of contact for high-profile attendees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years B2B sales experience
  • Proven experience in delegate acquisition, sales, business development, or relationship management (preferably within events, exhibitions, or conferences).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior-level professionals.
  • Confidence in speaking with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Target-driven with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
