Job Description

Closing is a critical phase of our business where we ensure seamless customer experiences. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the post sales team and oversee the entire closing process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Closing Process Handling: Manage the end-to-end customer closing journey, including agreement execution, registration, possession, and final settlements.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and hassle-free handovers.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with stamp duty, registration, RERA documentation, and taxation requirements.
  • Customer Support: Resolve customer queries related to documentation, possession, and payments.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Closing or Assistant Manager – Closing with a reputable developer.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of real estate documentation, compliance, and registration processes.
  • Skills: Strong communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills.
  • Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA preferred).

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive process improvements.
