Support Representative Position

This is a job opportunity for an experienced Support Representative. We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills to handle customer calls and resolve queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from US clients.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service.
  • Adhere to process workflows, scripts, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in any field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer support.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software.
  • Ability to work night shifts and meet performance metrics.

Preferred Attributes:

  • US accent experience supporting North American clients.
  • Problem-solving attitude with the ability to think on your feet.
