Job Title: Global Crisis Response Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Crisis Response Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our incident management team, you will be responsible for leading the response to complex incidents and ensuring minimal business impact.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis and response to moderately complex to complex incidents, including significant events and management communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive and solve for service restoration as soon as possible.
  • Create detailed documentation for incident details per exit criteria.
  • Communicate incident status to various levels of the organization.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to technical support employees involved in the incident.
  • Experience working with infrastructure components and interrelationships associated with WAN, network access and authentication, email, and other collaboration products/SaaS solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in IT or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, negotiation, and effective communication at all levels verbally or in writing.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with organizational presence, authority, and responsibility.
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure components and interrelationships associated with support of WAN, network access and authentication, email, and other collaboration products/SaaS solutions.
